Atari Asks To Keep Control Of Ch. 11 Case For Extra 60 Days

Law360, New York (August 7, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Atari Inc. on Tuesday asked a New York bankruptcy judge to give the company another 60 days to keep control of its Chapter 11 case, saying it won’t be able to meet a fast-approaching deadline to file a reorganization or liquidation plan.
