Lawmakers Want CBS Investigated For Blocking Web Content

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A pair of lawmakers separately pushed the Federal Communications Commission this week to probe whether CBS Corp. was violating open-Internet principles by blocking online content for Time Warner Cable Inc. subscribers as part of the companies' heated retransmission fee dispute.
