AAA Branch's Benefits Deal With 1M Members Approved

Law360, Los Angeles (August 7, 2013, 10:29 PM EDT) -- A Connecticut federal judge on Wednesday approved a settlement worth nearly $8 million to resolve claims that AAA Southern New England cheated a class of more than a million policyholders out of benefits they earned as club members.
