Atty Wants $20M Verdict In 1st Calif. Toyota Acceleration Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (August 8, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A lawyer representing the family of a woman who was killed when her vehicle failed to stop told a jury Thursday he will ask for $20 million in damages in California's first bellwether personal injury trial in the Toyota Motor Corp. unintended acceleration litigation.
