Sharp Fights Technicolor's Bid To Dodge Cathode Ray Suit

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Sharp Electronics Corp. slammed French electronics giant Technicolor SA's attempt to escape an antitrust suit in California federal court Wednesday, arguing that the company's substantial presence in the U.S. gave the court jurisdiction to examine its role in an alleged price-fixing scheme for cathode ray tubes.
