Citi Says NLRB Arbitration Ruling Doesn't Affect Its Appeal

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 3:23 PM EDT) -- Citigroup Inc. told the Second Circuit on Wednesday that a National Labor Relations Board judge's ruling that a mandatory arbitration policy barring class litigation was unlawful doesn't undermine its appeal of a decision that Fair Labor Standards Act collective action rights can't be waived.
