Apple Deserves Tough Penalty For E-Book Pricing, Group Says

Law360, New York (August 8, 2013, 9:45 PM EDT) -- A nonprofit consumer advocacy group on Thursday endorsed the injunction the U.S. Department of Justice has proposed against Apple Inc. for allegedly plotting with publishers to raise e-book prices, saying the violations Apple committed as part of the conspiracy were "egregious and unremorseful."
