Fox Seeks Review Of Dish's 9th Circ. Win In Hopper Row

Inc. on Wednesday filed a petition seeking en banc review of a Ninth Circuit ruling that Dish Network LLC’s Hopper service doesn’t likely infringe copyright, saying the decision established rules of law that threaten the creation and licensing of television shows and other copyrighted content.
