Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 10:23 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel Friday sided with AtlantiCare Health Services Inc. in its battle over competing appraisals of a trio of buildings AtlantiCare bought from Harbor Creek Associates GP, ruling AtlantiCare’s $8.8 million appraisal was more contractually accurate than Harbor Creek’s higher figure.
