DuPont Calls Plot Painted By Antitrust Suit 'Irrational'

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 10:15 PM EDT) -- DuPont Co. urged a Colorado federal judge on Friday to dismiss an antitrust suit alleging it colluded with one of its auto paint wholesalers to siphon business away from another, branding its accuser "a serial antitrust litigant" whose alleged conspiracy made no economic sense.
