Lionsgate, Ex-Model Settle Feud Over 'Mad Men' Credits

By Kelly Knaub (August 9, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Lionsgate Entertainment Corp. has settled a lawsuit with former model Gita May Hall after she accused the film and television giant of violating her privacy and publicity rights by using an old photo of her in the title sequence of "Mad Men" without her permission. 

The 79-year-old iconic model from the 1950s and '60s brought the suit against Lionsgate in Los Angeles County Superior Court in March, alleging her reputation was impaired by the misuse of her image. May also claimed she should have been paid for the photo's inclusion in the show and that its unauthorized use reduced her image's value....
