NJ Court Upholds Approval For LG Headquarters

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge on Friday backed the approval of LG Electronics USA Inc.'s planned North American headquarters near the New Jersey side of the Hudson River, including permission for an eight-story office tower four times taller than the zone's typical height limit.
