DISH Faces Class Cert. Bid In Harassment Call Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 8:26 PM EDT) -- A plaintiff in a proposed class action accusing DISH Network LLC of harassing both customers and noncustomers with payment-reminder phone calls urged a Colorado federal judge Friday to certify a class.
