GenCorp Settles Suit Over Tennis Factory Pollution

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 4:55 PM EDT) -- GenCorp Inc., Penn Racquet Sports Inc. and HTM USA Holdings Inc. have settled a suit lodged by the state of Arizona over environmental cleanup costs at their Phoenix tennis ball manufacturing facility, Arizona Assistant Attorney General Anthony Young said Monday.
