CityTime Schemer's Miranda Argument Is Bogus, Feds Say

Law360, New York (August 12, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors on Friday blasted an attempt by a central player in an alleged kickback scheme involving New York City’s CityTime payroll project to suppress statements he made to law enforcement, saying agents clearly read the suspect his Miranda warning prior to questioning him.
