Wal-Mart, TracFone Face Suit Over 'Unlimited' Data Plan

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 1:02 PM EDT) -- A Florida consumer hit “Straight Talk” prepaid phone co-founders Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and TracFone Wireless Inc. with a putative class action Monday claiming the service promises unlimited data service that is actually subject to several undisclosed restrictions.
