Mark Cuban Says Potential Jurors May Have Bias Against Him

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban told a Texas federal judge Monday that potential jurors at his insider trading trial should fill out a questionnaire designed to root out bias in light of his "high-profile" status, proposing to ask, “Have you ever heard of Mark Cuban?”
