Fla. Gov. Plans To Sue Ga. Over Water Consumption

Law360, New York (August 13, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- Gov. Rick Scott said Tuesday that the state of Florida will file a lawsuit in the U.S. Supreme Court next month against Georgia over its water consumption, which Scott said is damaging fisheries in Apalachicola Bay and threatening the area's economic future.
