Discovery Can't Duck Contract Claim Over OWN Programming

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge refused Monday to dismiss a lawsuit alleging Discovery Communications Inc. stole the idea for “therapeutic programming” used on the Oprah Winfrey Network, ruling the plaintiff has sufficiently pled breach of contract claims against Discovery.
