Doc Access Deal OK'd In SAC Insider Trading Class Action

Law360, New York (August 14, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge on Tuesday OK'd a stipulation limiting document access in a class action brought by pharmaceutical company investors targeting SAC Capital Advisors LP over an alleged $276 million insider trading scheme, after prosecutors in a related criminal action raised concerns about a protective order in that case.
