Michael Keaton Can't Dodge Suit Over Film Flop

Law360, Los Angeles (August 14, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday shot down Michael Keaton's request to dismiss a lawsuit accusing him of breaching his contractual obligations with a box-office bomb that he directed, ruling that the film's production company may have signed a settlement agreement under duress.
