Circle K, 7-Eleven, Others Dodge Claims In 'Hot Fuel' MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (August 14, 2013, 9:36 PM EDT) -- A Kansas federal court overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing fuel producers and distributors of selling gas without accounting for temperature expansion awarded summary judgment to 7-Eleven Inc., Circle K Stores Inc. and other gas stations in three California cases Wednesday.
