HP Wants 'Chubby Checker' Penis Size App IP Suit Tossed

Law360, San Francisco (August 15, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. and Palm Inc. urged a California federal judge Thursday to toss a lawsuit claiming a penis size measurement app called “The Chubby Checker” infringes the famous musician's trademark, arguing that it had no obligation to determine whether a third-party developer had licensed the mark.
