Doc Urges High Court To Take Free Speech Retaliation Case

Law360, New York (August 15, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A whistleblower doctor has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a decision upholding his termination after complaining about alleged systemic failures at his employer hospital, saying it had not given enough deference to his free speech rights or the public concerns raised in his claims.
