Oil Spill Class Wants BP To Keep Paying Claims

Law360, Dallas (August 26, 2013, 8:38 PM EDT) -- The settlement class related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill told a Louisiana federal judge Sunday not to let BP PLC stop payments, saying no evidence showed that any claim was improperly calculated or paid despite an ongoing fraud investigation into alleged attorney kickbacks.
