Vocational School Urges Arbitration Of Wage-And-Hour Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 15, 2013, 10:34 PM EDT) -- The operator of InterCoast Colleges on Thursday urged a California appeals court to compel arbitration of a putative class action alleging it shorted employees on overtime and meal breaks, saying the case didn't belong in court even though the plaintiff hadn't agreed to arbitration.
