Texas Supreme Court Won't Hear Judge's Discovery Dispute

Law360, Dallas (August 19, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday again declined to hear a Dallas state court judge’s request to keep private his deposition testimony and other witness statements from an unsuccessful defamation suit the judge launched against a Dallas attorney.
