JPMorgan Selling Chase Manhattan Plaza Office Tower

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. has put its former 60-story headquarters at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza in New York up for sale with plans to move out of the building once a buyer is found, a spokesperson for brokerage CBRE Group Inc. confirmed Monday.

The bank is the largest tenant in the building, which was designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill LLP and constructed between 1957 and 1960 for a cost of about $121 million, according to building information service Emporis GMBH.
