Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Hong Kong continues its wide lead in global prime retail rent, but costs are rising fastest in New York and London, a new study shows. 

Despite difficulty finding space because vacancies are rare, major brands continue to try to set up shop in Hong Kong amid its booming tourism industry.
