2nd Circ. Revives Claims Over $2.5B Barclays Offering

Law360, New York (August 19, 2013, 2:22 PM EDT) -- Investors in a $2.5 billion stock offering Barclays PLC put out in 2008 were given the greenlight by the Second Circuit to revive their fraud class action against the British financial giant on Monday, after the appeals court found they should have been allowed to amend their allegations.
