Brandywine Seeks OK For 28-Story Philly Apartment Tower

Law360, Philadelphia (August 21, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for Brandywine Realty Trust urged Philadelphia’s Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday to sign off on a 28-story apartment tower planned for the city’s downtown area even as residents of a neighboring building suggested that the project improperly included an above-ground parking facility.
