Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 9:27 PM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. on Tuesday won approval of its reorganization plan from a New York bankruptcy judge, allowing it to emerge from its Chapter 11 proceedings a fraction of the iconic photography company it once was.
