Personal Communications Devices Slides Into Ch. 11

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 3:10 PM EDT) -- Telecommunications company Personal Communications Devices LLC on Monday filed for Chapter 11 protection in New York federal court with a prepackaged plan to sell itself to stalking horse bidder Quality One Wireless LLC for $105.3 million.
