Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A split New York appeals court on Tuesday tossed a workers' compensation suit targeting SML Veteran Leather LLC over work-related injuries an employee suffered in its New Jersey factory, saying a lower court failed to follow New Jersey workers' compensation law.
