Apple Wants Suit Over Siri Advertising Tossed Again

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 2:57 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Monday asked a California federal judge to once again toss a consolidated suit accusing the company of misrepresenting the capabilities of the Siri speech-recognition software in its iPhone 4S, saying it never promised that Siri was infallible.
