SBA Names Loan Overseer As Interim Agency Head

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Small Business Administration told its staff Tuesday that its associate administrator in its Office of Capital Access will take over temporary leadership of the agency when current SBA Administrator Karen Mills leaves her post at the end of the month.
