Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- Toshiba Corp. on Tuesday roundly rejected efforts by Best Buy Co. Inc. to prove that the Japanese tech giant took part in a massive conspiracy to fix prices on liquid crystal display panels beginning in 1998, telling the California federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation that testimony from Best Buy's own witnesses does not support the claim.
