Saudi Prince Can't Send Profits Home Yet: Judge

Law360, New York (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has temporarily barred Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan from transferring proceeds from the sale of his U.S. properties. A derivative lawsuit alleging that the board of defense contractor BAE Systems bribed him raises serious questions of law, the judge said last week.
