Dell Can't Nix Age Bias Verdict In Texas Appeals Court

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 12:17 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday denied Dell Inc’s bid to dismiss a $900,000 verdict against the company after a former employee won a wrongful termination suit, rejecting Dell’s argument that there was no evidence to support the jury’s conclusion that the 61-year-old was fired because of his age.
