Gaming Board Blasts Suit Over 2nd Philly Casino License

Law360, Philadelphia (August 22, 2013, 5:59 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board on Wednesday fired back at claims brought by a Philadelphia casino's minority partners challenging the state’s ability to reissue a second casino license in the city, arguing that plaintiffs in the case did not have standing to sue.
