Hunton & Williams Guides Savanna In $104M NYC Office Deal

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- An affiliate of real estate investment company CIM Group has closed on the $104 million purchase of 5 Hanover Square in Manhattan from a fund of real estate private equity firm Savanna, according to a Friday announcement by Hunton & Williams LLP, which advised Savanna on the deal.

Savanna Fund II REIT sold the 25-story building to the CIM affiliate, the second major transaction between the two firms in the last three months.
