Investors Slam Polycom Over CEO's Alleged Foul Play

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Web and video conferencing developer Polycom Inc. was hit with a proposed securities class action Thursday and a derivative suit Wednesday in California federal court, both accusing the company’s leadership of illegally hiding the fact that its chief executive officer had submitted improper expense reimbursement requests.
