NJ Appeals Court Hands Oil Co. Mixed Ruling In Enviro Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court handed a split decision to Spartan Oil Co. on Friday, freeing it from an environmental contamination suit filed outside the state's general statute of limitations, but denying its bid for indemnification in a related duty-to-defend suit.
