MF Global Gets Ex-Workers' WARN Claims Thrown Out

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday tossed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification class action against MF Global Holdings Ltd., faulting the plaintiffs for relying on the “single employer” doctrine instead of identifying which specific MF Global entity employed them.
