Defense Co. Meggitt Strikes $25M Deal In US Export Review

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A U.S. unit of British aerospace and defense engineering company Meggitt PLC has agreed to pay up to $25 million over alleged unauthorized exports of defense-related products and data, the U.S. Department of State said Friday.
