Dairy Consumers Nixed From Milk Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 1:49 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Friday nixed portions of a class action brought by consumers who allege a plot to drive up milk prices forced them to pay more for cheese and other dairy products, ruling consumers lack standing to pursue federal antitrust claims against the dairy industry.
