3rd Circ. Junks Suit Against Medicare Claim Contractors

Law360, Los Angeles (August 26, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Monday refused to revive a False Claims Act whistleblower lawsuit against government contractors Q2 Administrators LLC and RiverTrust Solutions Inc. alleging they failed to adequately review benefit claims denials, saying the suit was properly dismissed because it was based on publicly disclosed information.
