State Housing Agencies Support HUD In Bid Protest Appeal

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 7:45 PM EDT) -- The National Council of State Housing Agencies are supporting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in a Federal Circuit appeal over a protested procurement for contract administration services, saying Friday that HUD was right to ignore a bid protest decision that called for a more formal contract competition.
