3 Problems In DOD Counterfeit Parts Rule

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 11:48 AM EDT) -- In recent years, the U.S. Department of Defense has struggled to find ways to identify and deal with counterfeit electronic parts that have found their way into our military’s equipment. In 2011, the Senate Armed Services Committee conducted an investigation that uncovered overwhelming evidence of large numbers of counterfeit electronic parts in the DOD supply chain.[1]
