Netflix Asks ITC To Back Program Guide Patent Win

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Netflix Inc. is urging the U.S. International Trade Commission to affirm a judge's finding that its software allowing users to stream content through televisions and other electronics does not violate Rovi Corp.’s patented parental control and program guide technology, according to a brief made public on Monday.
